Our KickStart is the foundation for success in your fitness journey. In these six personalised, one-on-one sessions, you’ll train with a coach to learn the fundamental movements and techniques used in our training programs.
Personal Coaching
Why personal ‘coaching’ and not personal ‘training’? Because we know there’s more to your fitness journey than a trainer putting you through exercises. Our coaches don’t just focus on your performance on the gym floor, but beyond it, too. Working one-on-one with a personal coach is the optimal way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Small Group Private Training
Our Small Group Private Training classes provides focussed and personalised improvement for people who want to reach their goals faster. Don’t be just a number in a large class, be one of four (max), with a coach who knows YOUR personalised program.
Competitive Athlete Membership (CAM)
This specialty membership is designed for athletes who are training for competition. Access the gym and all its equipment, including Olympic lifting platforms and functional training equipment 24/7. You’ll also have access to some coach support during your training.
Team Personal Training
Take your team’s performance to the next level with our Team Personal Training. These sport-specific, specialised strength and conditioning programs are created and delivered in collaboration with Team Coaches to focus on weaknesses and goals.
Specialty Sessions
Our Specialty Sessions give you 30 minutes, one-on-one with a coach to work on a specific skill or mobility issue. What to get your first pull up without a band? Book a Specialty Session. Not nailing your deadlift? Book a Specialty Session. Limited flexibility in your ankle? Book a Specialty Session. Want to conquer double-unders? Book a Specialty Session.
